How to delete your data

Connected Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn accounts (Elevate Hub)

1. In the Elevate Hub, open Settings → Connected accounts and tap Disconnect next to the account. We delete the stored access token and account details right away.
2. You can also remove the app from the platform: Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, Instagram Settings → Apps and websites, or LinkedIn Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services. When Facebook tells us you removed the app, we delete the data we received from it.
3. Posts already published stay on your Page or profile; delete them there if you wish.

Everything else (website enquiries, Hub account)

Email admin@remaxelevate.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the email or phone you used with us. We confirm your identity, then delete your personal information within 30 days and email you a confirmation. Records we must keep by law (for example, transaction records under TRESA and FINTRAC) are kept only as long as required and then deleted.
